In 1972, after seven years of construction, the hall which was commissioned for use, has a cubature of 80,000 m³ and is 12 m2 high]. It consists of two indoor ice rinks for 3867 and 800 spectators. In 2016 there was completed the last stage of renovation. During the works, the facade was renovated and the hall's illumination was installed.

Quiza - Poland, producer of bananas that can be found in many retail chains all over Poland. There is a distribution center and a banana ripening room in Gdynia. Griz implemented installations in newly built halls with an area of 54,000 m2

The kindergarten building is a modular facility, consisting of 16 symmetrical construction modules arranged linearly along the main corridor, on both sides. The building was designed in the form of a pavilion covered with a flat roof, with a step in its central part, raising the air handling units above the attic line. Modern modular construction is definitely the future of construction!

A kindergarten in Wiczlin, in the vicinity of the Sokółka II, Zielenisz and Patio Róża housing estates. The complex, which was built on private land, leased to the city of Gdynia by the developer Hossa. The kindergarten has 6 departments, the area of the facility is 890 m2] 150 children are looked after. Apart from six classrooms, there is an office for speech therapy and pedagogical therapy. In addition, there are cloakrooms, deckchairs, a kitchen, administrative and social rooms for employees.
